Welcome to Energize and the website of Shanti
Medina. I am a CPT and CYT specializing in self-realization fitness and
intuitive shamanic healing: Awakening to the realization of Jasmine Live the true
self beyond identification of pain and ego through specific, empowering
physical fitness techniques and intuitive healing including mind/body
mapping, neuromuscular repatterning, core integration, shamanic
journeying and neuroplasticity. I offer private consultations in
person, via skype and on the telephone.
