New Year's Eve Celebration~Sacred Sound Journey
Thursday, December 31st from 8:30pm-12:30am at The Nook,

Come celebrate New Year's Eve transitioning to 2010 in
a blanket of sacred sound vibration. Scott and Shanti Medina will be joined
by Satya Dubay, Akshara Weave and Renee LeBeau co-creating a potent journey
through the threshold riding the wave of sound. Whether you feel inspired
to dance, chant or simply meditate in a field of sacred sound, this evening
will serve as a gateway from the old into the new bringing intention and
awareness as we welcome in 2010 in community! Scott and Shanti, along
with other musical guests, will kick off the evening joining our voices
and hearts through mantra, breath and music! Satya and Akshara will offer
an experience of music as a portal into one's silent heart inspiring a
deep surrender into the sound while Renee will create a cohesive field
of vibration with the Tibetan and crystal bowls inviting our individual
and collective intentions for 2010 to be infused by the energy and vibrations.

MahaGroove Funky Dance Jam
The heart of MahaGroove is world fusion rock with the pulse of mantra
coursing through each original piece. This 5 piece band orchestrates a
deep somatic experience infusing Shamanic ritual with sacred sound vibration

experience and diversity of each member adds to the eclectic vibe: Scott
