Pilates mat exercises to help us move from our core on and off our mat.
Each class will weave pranayam (conscious breathing) practices into our
postures creating an increase in energy, vitality, flexibility and muscular
balance. We will flow from our core on the wave of our breath inviting
integration and core stabilization infusing intention and awareness into
our movements. Modifications and variations offered to meet everyone's
needs. These classes are the perfect balance to condition and restore
your body for a sustained increase in fitness you can really feel!! Conscious Core Conditioning Thursdays, 9:00-10:00am at The Nook 985 Westview Drive Boulder 80303 Dates: 7/8, 7/15, 7/22 Description: This class is the same vibe as the much loved Total Body Conditioning (TBC) class with a gentle twist of additional awareness placed on moving from our core, the power of our breath and consciousness in sculpting and toning, with a sprinkle of functional fitness techniques to support everyday alignment and pain relief. Using the fitball and free weights, we will work on core integration, spine stabilization along with total body conditioning, toning and muscular balance for a sustained increase in our fitness. A great way to get personalized attention in a dynamic, fun fitness class. Get ready to tune in and tone up!! Results you can feel and see!! Open to all fitness levels!
